1. Acceptance of These Terms By using the Instant Quote tool on our website or requesting an estimate from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.

2. Description of Service The Instant Quote tool gives you a non-binding price range for roofing work at the property address you provide. The estimate is based on the inputs you supply and publicly available property data. It is not a quote, contract, or final price. A formal quote requires an in-person inspection and a signed agreement.

3. Accuracy of Information You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to request a quote for the property in question. We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide.

4. Communications By submitting a quote request, you authorize us — and Toolsey as our software service provider — to contact you about your quote by phone, text, and email, including by automated means. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Transactional messages necessary to deliver your quote may continue.

5. No Warranty on Estimate The Instant Quote tool is provided "as is." We make no warranty, express or implied, that the price range produced will match the final cost of any work. Pricing is subject to verification, site conditions, and current material costs at the time of contract signing.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Florida Roofing & Waterproofing LLC, LLC nor Toolsey, Inc. will be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Instant Quote tool. Our total liability to you in connection with this tool will not exceed the amount you paid us, which for use of the quote tool alone is zero dollars.

7. Intellectual Property The Instant Quote tool, this site, and all related content are owned by us, Toolsey, or our licensors. You may use the tool only to request a quote for yourself.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of FL, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

9. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.
