Meet Our Founder

David Samadnejad

Owner & Roofing Expert

David, a University of Maryland graduate with hands-on experience in the construction and roofing industry since 2004. Raised in the business by my father—an engineer and real estate developer—I learned the value of quality craftsmanship and hard work from a very young age. After helping build hundreds of homes and commercial shopping centers, I founded Roofer, LLC in Florida in 2012. We started as a specialized roofing repair company, focusing exclusively on fixing leaks. That early focus taught us exactly why roofs fail and which installation methods deliver the strongest, longest-lasting results. When we expanded into full roof replacements, we already knew where other contractors commonly fall short.

“It’s nice hiring a roofing company that spent its early years mainly focused on repairing roof leaks. We know where and why roofs leak, and our installation practices are far better than our competitors—and it shows. We guarantee it!”
— David Samadnejad, Owner
