Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Choose this company for several reasons. Immediate response to my need for repair while others were week or two out. Company cared my roof was leaking and needed quick repair. Others were slow to respond to estimate and quote. Repair price was consistent with others. One company quoted saying they’d need tiles and wanted to charge for replacement of tiles (which seemed overkill) but then he couldn’t match them. Second reason, great communication, provided step by step photos of repair so homeowner can understand what’s going on. Explained every step and why. Wasn’t a bandaid repair. Company stood by the quality of the repair and commitment to do it right. Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great job! I have a commercial building that has a flat roof. David was on time, on budget and very professional. He found the leak and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Another company told me a needed a new roof so I was so happy to find Roofer LLC!
David also went above and beyond to help me with some stuck locks! Great guy, great company. I would highly recommend Roofer LLC!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an outstanding experience with Roofer LLC from start to finish.

I was having some interior work done and my handyman saw a leak in the roof while doing work in the bathroom. Roof was previously replaced by a different company.

I contacted Roofer LLC and explained what we saw and David reported that he would have a crew there the next morning to fix it.

David came over that afternoon to ensure he understood the scope of the work and to match the shingle color.

The crew was at our house first thing the next morning and fixed it right away! Shingle color matches great and wife wife could not be happier that the job was finished quick and finished right (the first time), without any hassle whatsoever.

One thing that really stood out was how clean and respectful the crew was- they even left me some additional replacement shingles in case we needed any in the future! They left my home looking better than when they arrived—no mess, no stress, just excellent work. The vent fitting looks so much better than before.

100% will use Roofer LLC any time we need something in the future!

The owner, David, has a fantastic crew and delivered exactly what we hoped for: reliable service, great communication, and beautiful results. Highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After I called about my leaking roof, David personally arrived the next to go thru issue and provided a very far estmate. He got the job fully completed ahead of schedule and even reduced my estimate as he found some things he could correct easily and for no charge! That rarely happens and he easy to work with. I will be using him again when need arises. I trust him, which means a lot to me.

Your Roofing Contractor in Naples, FL

Roofer LLC is a licensed roofing contractor serving Naples and Southwest Florida since 2012. We handle roof repair, roof replacement, and roof inspection for residential and commercial properties throughout Collier and Lee County — and we bring credentials to every job that most roofing companies in Naples simply cannot match.

At Roofer LLC we hold a Florida roofing contractor license CCC1330693, building contractor license CBC1252613, and Florida insurance adjuster license G078220. That last license matters more than most homeowners realize. When your roof is damaged and an insurance claim is involved, you need someone who understands both sides of that process — the roofing work and the claims documentation. We handle both, in-house, on every job that requires it.

We are GAF Commercial Certified — one of a limited number of contractors in Southwest Florida authorized to install GAF EverGuard TPO roofing systems and the Rhino Bond induction welding system for commercial flat roofs. We are also an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor for residential roofing. These certifications are not automatic — they require demonstrated installation quality, licensing verification, and insurance standards that not every contractor can meet.

Our roofing services cover every system used in Southwest Florida: tile, asphalt shingle, metal, flat roofing, TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen. We also provide wind mitigation inspections using the Florida OIR-B1-1802 form — and because we are licensed roofing contractors, we can identify upgrade opportunities before we certify the report, so the report you submit is the best report your home can produce.

We maintain two offices: Naples and Lehigh Acres. Whether your property is in Collier County or Lee County, you are calling a local contractor — not a regional chain dispatching crews from two counties away.

Why Naples Homeowners Choose Roofer LLC

Licensed Roofing + Insurance Adjuster: Roofer LLC. holds both a Florida roofing contractor license (CCC1330693) and a Florida insurance adjuster license (G078220). We repair your roof and handle your insurance claim — no middleman, no miscommunication.

GAF & Owens Corning Certified: GAF Commercial Certified and Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. Our certifications cover both commercial TPO systems and residential shingle roofing — and they are backed by manufacturer warranty programs that unqualified contractors cannot offer.

David Samadnejad's Roofing Experience Since 2012: Over 20 years personally inspecting and roofing properties in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Lehigh Acres, and Fort Myers. Roofer LLC brings that hands-on expertise, backed by deep knowledge of Collier and Lee County construction, permitting, and building codes.

Two Local Offices: We maintain offices in Naples and Lehigh Acres. When you call Roofer LLC, you reach a contractor with a local presence in your county — not a call center routing you to whoever is available.

Roofing Services Throughout Southwest Florida

Roofer LLC serves homeowners and businesses throughout Southwest Florida. Our primary service areas include Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Lehigh Acres, and Fort Myers. We cover all of Collier County and Lee County — from the Gulf coast communities of Naples and Marco Island to the inland markets of Lehigh Acres and eastern Fort Myers.

Every city in our service area has its own roofing challenges. Coastal properties face salt air corrosion and require marine-grade fasteners. Inland communities carry older housing stock with pre-code construction that affects wind mitigation scores. Post-Hurricane Ian replacements throughout Lee County need updated wind mitigation reports. We understand these differences because we have been working in each of these markets for over two decades.
